In order to use the Numia app, we will ask you for your date of birth, gender, name, place of birth, and time of birth. We also collect unique identifiers (such as IDFA and AAID), language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, device settings, operating system, and hardware ID from your device. We may share this data with third parties to enhance the stability of the application and service delivery. Such parties include Google, Apple, Facebook, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Yandex. As a result of sharing this data with third-party services, we analyze interactions with our app, and work to improve app stability.

NUMIA PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected when you use the Numia mobile app ("App") and the services provided through it.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 16 (OR YOUR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY).

If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use our application. In this case, you must do the following: 1) delete your account using the feature located in the App Settings, or contact us by mail to apply to delete your data; 2) cancel any subscriptions using the feature provided by Apple (if you use an iOS device) or Google (if you use an Android device); 3) remove the App from your devices.

"GDPR" means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

"EEA" includes all current Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area.

1. ABOUT PERSONAL DATA.

Numia LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, at 3RD FLOOR 207 REGENT STREET LONDON will be the operator of your personal data.

We collect data that you give us voluntarily, such as your name and date of birth. We also collect data automatically, such as your operating system version.

1.1 The data you provide to usWe ask you for information about yourself when you first start the app and when you edit and/or add new profiles.

When communicating with our Support Team, you may need to provide us with your e-mail address and other clarifying information in order to fulfill your request or provide you with support.

2. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING AND PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data:

2.1 To provide services within the AppTo enable you to use the App seamlessly, and to prevent or correct errors or technical problems related to the App.

We use Firebase services, which are monitoring services provided by Google. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Privacy and Security section of Firebase. We also use AppMetrica mobile app analytics service from Yandex. You can read the terms of use of Yandex.Metrika and AppMetrica.

2.2 To personalize contentWe collect and process your personal data, such as your date of birth, in order to adjust content and make suggestions based on your personal preferences. As a result of this processing, we will offer content tailored to your astrological sign.

2.3 To provide support We process your personal data in order to respond to your requests for technical support, services, etc.

2.4 To communicate with the user about our appWe communicate with the audience, for example, through push notifications. They can contain reminders or other information about the app. To disable receiving push notifications, you need to change the settings on your device.The services we use for this purpose may collect data about the date and time a message was viewed by users of our app, as well as when they interacted with it, such as clicking on links included in the message.

2.5 To research and analyze app usageTo conduct analysis and research on how users interact with our app, we use AppsFlyer. You can read the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.

2.6 To personalize adsWe and our partners, including Facebook and Google, use your personal information to tailor ads and maybe even show them to you at appropriate times. For example, if you have installed our App, you may see ads for our products in your Facebook feed, for example.

2.7 How to opt out of personalized adsFor iOS device users: On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then Privacy, and click Advertising to select Limit Ad Tracking. You can also reset the ad ID in the same section. This action will not turn off ads completely, but will only pause the selection of ads for you, based on your interests and account information.

For Android users: To opt out of ads on your Android device, simply open the Google Settings app on your cell phone, click on "Ads," and turn on the "Opt out of interest-based ads" option. This action will not turn off ads completely, but will only pause the selection of ads for you, based on your interests and account information.

3. LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (For EEA users only)

We process your personal information on the legal basis of your consent to this Privacy Policy.

4. LIMITATIONS

We do not knowingly process personal information of anyone under the age of 16. If you become aware that anyone under 16 has provided personal information to us, please report it to our project support team.

Our service does not allow discussion of political topics in any form. It is also forbidden to discuss any medical topics in our service.

5. CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. If we decide to make material changes to this Privacy Policy, you will be notified of such changes and will have the opportunity to review the revised Privacy Policy. By continuing to access or use the application after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
